C-Frame hydraulic press suitable for stamping and sheet metal deformation.

This press model represents the perfect synthesis between compact design and industrial performance. Thanks to the absence of front columns, the PCL electro-hydraulic press allows you to move even very bulky pieces with extreme ease.

This press model is characterised by a cylinder approach speed of less than 30 mm/sec, making it ideal for use in workshops with low-speed production cycles or for carrying out mould trials.

The press is equipped with a sliding upper table and a fixed lower table bolted to the press frame. T-slots are made on the lower table to accommodate the molds. The two-speed hydraulic power unit is positioned at the rear of the press to optimize space, while the electrical panel is installed on one side of the frame.

The movable upper surface has 2 self-lubricating guides as standard for models up to 200 tons and 4 guides for higher tonnages and is also equipped with T-slots for fixing the moulds.

The PCL electro-hydraulic press is supplied in models starting from 40 tons up to 300 tons and is available both in the semi-automatic version and with automatic operation.

Semi-automatic version This system works with the simultaneous use of the lever and the ignition button and is equipped with rod end stroke sensors, which regulate the ascent and descent of the cylinder. Automatic version This C-frame hydraulic stamping press in automatic mode is operated through the simultaneous use of double buttons and is also equipped in this case with cylinder limit switches. The rising of the work surface is automatic. This version also includes the installation of the Siemens PLC and Rexroth solenoid valves. The PCL workshop hydraulic press is also equipped with a mobile push-button panel mounted on a pedestal on which all the main commands for the operation of the press are installed.
