As a safety measure, the operating levers of the PFF press are protected by a metal guard.

This measure is used to ensure that the levers can only be moved with the use of the fingertips and therefore cannot be operated through an involuntary impact or a fall of the operator.

Furthermore, as a further form of safety, the lever for raising and lowering the main cylinder, when pushed forward, causes the cylinder to rise, while if it is pushed towards the operator, the cylinder descends.

This means that even in the event of the operator accidentally falling and involuntarily hitting the lever, the latter would be pushed forward and raise the cylinder and not the other way around.

In fact it is clear that only the descent of the cylinder is dangerous, while its ascent never involves risks for the user.
