Workshop press with 500mm cylinder stroke – PSS

 

Workshop press ideal for various processes, including sheet metal straightening, assembly and various repairs.

The PSS press is equipped with an automatically activated two-speed control unit. The electro-hydraulic press is activated by means of the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by current EC safety regulations. The working platform is lifted by means of a chain to be connected to the hydraulic cylinder, while the cylinder has a stroke of 500mm and a maximum speed of 29mm/sec.

The PSS hydraulic workshop press is also available with a transversal moving cylinder with manual control. This function is very useful because it allows you to move the cylinder sideways and then lower it to the exact point of the sheet you want to work on, without having to move the metal piece.

The PSS hydraulic press machine is supplied as standard from 20 to 200 tons.

 

 

Hydraulic press with 350mm cylinder stroke – PSS-NC

The PSS-NC hydraulic press is equipped with an automatically activated two-speed control unit, which takes place by means of the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by current EC safety regulations. The lifting of the work platform is obtained by connecting the chain to the hydraulic cylinder, while the cylinder has a stroke of 350mm and a maximum speed of 29mm/sec.

The PSS-NC hydraulic workshop press is also supplied with a transverse movement mobile cylinder with manual control. This function is very useful because it allows you to move the cylinder sideways and then lower it to the exact point of the sheet you want to work on, without having to move the metal piece.

The PSS-NC electro-hydraulic press is available as standard from 20 to 150 tons.

 

 

Hydraulic press with manual pump – PSM

Workshop press suitable for carrying out small operations and repairs on sheet metal.

It is available in 20 and 40 ton versions with a maximum hydraulic cylinder stroke of 150mm and 350mm respectively.

The operation of the cylinder takes place by means of a two-speed hand pump.

This is the cheapest version of our range of hydraulic presses and is particularly suitable for all those mechanical workshops that make occasional use of the hydraulic press, but which still want a high quality product at a very competitive price.

 

 

Motorized workshop press – PFF

Workshop press with hydraulic movement of the platform and cylinder, designed for sheet metal straightening work, for assembly and various repairs.

The main feature of the PFF hydraulic press that distinguishes it from other models is the hydraulic lifting of the work platform.

As far as the hydraulic cylinder is concerned, the customer can choose between a PFF hydraulic press model with a fixed cylinder, or he can opt for the version with a mobile cylinder with transversal displacement. This function is manually controlled via a handwheel in models up to 100 tons and with hydraulic movement from 150 tons upwards.

The hydraulic operating controls require the simultaneous use of the lever and the button.

The PFF electro-hydraulic press is available in models from 70 to 400 tons.

 

 

Hydraulic workshop press with mobile cylinder – PFC

Workshop press with monolithic structure and with the possibility of transversal movement of the cylinder.

The PFC hydraulic press is suitable for various jobs within a mechanical workshop and is the ideal press for dismantling solid tires from forklifts.

The hydraulic cylinder has a stroke of 500mm and can be chosen fixed or mobile. In the latter case its lateral movement is regulated manually using a handwheel for models up to 100 tons, while from 150 tons it is supplied with hydraulic movement.

This hydraulic press is available in models from 40 tons up to 400 tons.

The operation of the double column electro-hydraulic press takes place with the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by the CE safety regulations. As optional accessories, micro switches can be mounted which automatically regulate the maximum ascent and descent point of the cylinder.

Other accessories are the pair of V-shaped prisms, the support platform and the cylinder anti-rotation system.

 

Hydraulic workshop press with power steering handwheel – PSV

Hydraulic workshop press with cylinder adjustment via steering wheel with power steering, particularly suitable for carrying out sheet metal straightening work, for inserting bushes or metal inserts.

The descent and ascent of the cylinder are managed by a handwheel operated with hydroguide, which allows the position of the cylinder to be adjusted to the hundredth of a millimetre, thus guaranteeing absolute precision. The cylinder stroke is 350mm and exerts a maximum pressure of 270 bar. Since the approach speed of the cylinder is equal to or less than 10 mm/sec, this allows the use of the electro-hydraulic press with only one hand by the operator.

The platform is mobile and its height movement takes place through the use of the main cylinder, thus facilitating the operations of tooling and pressing of the sheet metal.

The PSV hydraulic press is also available in the version with a transversally mobile cylinder, which, with the aid of a handwheel, allows the main cylinder to be moved transversally. This solution therefore allows you to always work in the center of the cylinder axis, thus avoiding processes that could damage the hydraulic press. The correct positioning and locking of the cylinder in the desired position are guaranteed by a specially designed system.

The frame of the PSV hydraulic workshop press is made with a highly rigid electro-welded steel carpentry structure, specifically designed to guarantee maximum sturdiness and stability.
