Hydraulic press with manually operated mobile gantry

At SICMI, design doesn't stop at the standard. We have recently developed a hydraulic press with manually operated mobile gantry, model PMH 150, created to respond to a specific challenge in the industrial maintenance sector: the removal of large pins.

Honeycomb structure for maximum operability To allow the expulsion of long and bulky components, the machine has been designed with a particular honeycomb structure integrated into the base. The central part of this structure is larger than the rest of the bench and has a free opening of 360 x 360 mm, specially designed to provide the necessary relief during pressing operations and allow the pin to come out vertically without interference.

Millimeter precision with milled plate and reducers To optimize efficiency in the disassembly processWe have equipped the hydraulic press with the following equipment:

• An removable plate with fully milled surface to ensure perfect flatness during pushing.

• A set of 5 circular reducers interchangeable, which allow the drain hole to be adapted to the specific diameter of the pin to be removed, guaranteeing stability and safety for the operator.

Technical characteristics of the PMH 150 press This manually operated gantry hydraulic press offers not only customization but also high-level performance.:

• Thrust power: 150 Tons

• Total flexibility: Mobile table with a width of 900x1610 mm and cylinder that can be moved laterally via a manual handwheel (500 mm of movement).

• Controlled speed: Dual hydraulic speed with rapid approach at 22 mm/sec and working speed of 3 mm/sec for maximum precision.

• Light between the columns: 1030 mm, ideal for large workpieces.
