Upon specific request from one of our customers we modified and customized our 300ton PST300 hydraulic molding press.

Our customer's need was to carry out industrial leak tests on rubber gaskets and therefore verify their resistance to compression.

In order to satisfy this request, we have equipped the hydraulic press with a multi-turn potentiometer with manual control to make the pressure regulation extremely sensitive with a precision of 0,2 bar.

This allows the operator to gradually compress the gaskets to be tested and to note the effects that the material manifests as the pressure increases, but also in the gradual release of the pressure.
