The PCR 70 hydraulic press has been designed to carry out automatic straightening cycles of welded profiles with a maximum length of 13 meters.
The machine has a mobile C-Frame structure with electric movement and has a total stroke of 13 meters. 4 mobile supports with electric movement are mounted on the work platform on which the metal pipes to be straightened are positioned: the two outermost supports have the dual function of supporting and lifting the metal profile, while the two more central supports have the sole function pipe support.
A Moog hydraulic power unit with brushless motor has been mounted on the PCR 70 hydraulic press, which uses less hydraulic oil in the system, thus guaranteeing a good reduction in consumption and consequent energy savings.
The machine is equipped with a protection perimeter with two door accesses with sensors and frontal photoelectric barriers.
It is also equipped with an electric lectern panel with a large display to facilitate programming.

This hydraulic straightening press is equipped with a laser device mounted near the hydraulic cylinder, which measures in real time the distance between it and the work surface and therefore communicates to the operator whether the sheet metal to be straightened is straight or whether it needs further pressing.
The press has a 6000 x 3000 mm long workbench and is equipped with 19 T-slots to facilitate sheet metal fixing. The floor is completely milled on the surface to ensure excellent flatness and is divided into 3 parts. In this way the customer will have the possibility in the future to replace only one of the parts of the floor and not the entire platform.
All the movements of the press are managed by a radio control that allows the operator to move freely around the press and closely monitor the pressing operations.
A digital display shows in real time the stroke of the cylinder, the pressure exerted at that moment and the value of the deformation of the piece measured by the laser.
This electro-hydraulic straightening press with sliding gantry develops a power of 400 tons and has a distance between the stem and the workbench of 1000 mm.
The 12 kW hydraulic power unit is mounted above the upright, thus optimising space within the customer's workshop. The movement area of the portal is protected by the presence of 4 photoelectric barriers mounted on the sides of the press, which block the movement of the bridge in the event that the operator places himself between the photocells of the light barriers.

This hydraulic press with a moving gantry will be used in a mechanical workshop for the production of vacuum chambers, pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers and tanks.
The machine develops a power of 400 tons and has a distance between the cylinder rod and the workbench of 1200mm. This large opening allows the operator to straighten large-sized materials. The 2500 x 4000mm work surface is completely milled to ensure excellent parallelism and is supplied with 6 T-slots with a centre distance of 350mm.Additionally, the customer requested a 1100 x 300mm recess in the work table to allow the operator to be closer to the work piece.
The hydraulic power unit is mounted high above the mobile upright, thus optimising space inside the workshop.
All movements of the cylinder and portal of this electro-hydraulic straightening press with mobile frame are managed by a radio control. In addition to this, the press is equipped with an additional joystick that allows the descent speed to be reduced to below 10 mm/sec and therefore allows the machine to be used with just one hand.

This 100-ton C-frame electro-hydraulic press was designed to handle the straightening of long, bulky parts, which are typically used in machinery construction such as hydraulic cranes. Its most distinctive feature is the large 2500 x 1000 mm worktable, which provides a convenient support surface for positioning large components. This large work platform ensures operational flexibility and optimizes the customer's production cycle efficiency.
The machine's structure has been designed to ensure maximum precision and optimal straightening results. The work table is meticulously milled and welded directly to the sturdy C-frame, a construction detail that minimizes deflection and maintains perfect alignment even under the maximum load of 100 tons.
The hydraulic cylinder has a 500 mm effective stroke and a constant force throughout its entire extension. The operating height, or maximum distance between the stem and the lower platform, reaches 615 mm, allowing for the accommodation of significantly tall workpieces. To accommodate the straightening tools, a small 300 x 300 mm upper table, connected to the stem, is equipped with T-slots. The press recess (throat) is 300 mm, facilitating access and lateral movement of the workpiece.

Hydraulic straightening press with a C-frame for straightening metal pipes and profiles. The press was commissioned by a major tank manufacturing company for straightening cannons.
Power and Technical Characteristics of the PressThis hydraulic press develops a power of 160 tons and is equipped with a workbench with a length of 2500 mm and a width of 500 mm.
T-slots have been created on the surface of the bench. 4 support carriages slide along these guides for optimal positioning of the piece to be straightened.
External Carts (Lifting and Rotation): These two carriages perform the dual function of lifting and rotating the tube. The hydraulic lifting of the piece occurs simultaneously through the action of a single control lever located on the front. The operator can then manually rotate the tube thanks to the high-smoothness bearings on the carriages, making it easier to find the exact straightening point.
Central Carts (Support): The two central trolleys are dedicated exclusively to the stable support of the metal tube or profile during the operation.
Both central carriages are equipped with a removable and interchangeable top plate, a detail that maximizes the straightening press's versatility. The standard supply includes various tube straightening configurations:
Additionally, for straightening flat metal profiles, a plate with a completely flat surface is supplied for each central carriage. This interchangeability ensures that the 160-ton hydraulic press can handle a wide range of processes.

The PCR 150 hydraulic press allows you to carry out straightening work on pipes and round metal profiles up to 4000mm long, thanks to a large work platform equipped with side extensions.
The c-frame structure facilitates the positioning of the work piece on the machine shop press. This hydraulic press is equipped with four supports with manual movement on which the metal profiles to be straightened are positioned: the two outermost supports allow the manual lifting of the round through the manual use of a lever, while the two innermost supports are only for support the tube.
The maximum power of this electro-hydraulic press is 150 tons.

Hydraulic press with double mobile upright to carry out sheet metal straightening operations.
The PMM 300+300 hydraulic press is equipped with two pendant button controls that act on the double cylinders, each of which develops a maximum pressure power of 300 tons. The hydraulic cylinders can move transversally and therefore reach any point of the sheet metal to be straightened.
The large 3000x6000mm work platform allows you to position large metal sheets.
The PMM 300+300 electro-hydraulic press can work both with the simultaneous use of both cylinders, so as to develop a maximum power of 600 tons for straightening large thicknesses, and with the separate use of the hydraulic cylinders and therefore function as two hydraulic presses separate.

Hydraulic press with mobile upright with hydraulic motor suitable for straightening thick metal sheets.
The PMM 600 hydraulic press is equipped with a large work platform of 3000x7000mm and develops a maximum pressure power of 600 tons. The distance between the uprights is 3500mm and this allows for easy positioning of even the largest and bulkiest sheets.
The machine is equipped with a mobile cylinder with hydraulic movement on which a V-shaped rotatable straightening punch is installed. This function allows you to find the right angle for deforming the sheet metal.
10 small cylinders are inserted in the lower platform which allow you to lift the metal piece to be straightened.

Hydraulic press with mobile column with hydraulic displacement made specifically for the customer to straighten the pipes of the hydraulic cylinders used in lifts.
The PRT electro-hydraulic press is equipped with a 10m long workbench and five manually moved supports are installed on it on which the tubes to be straightened are positioned: the three innermost supports have the sole function of supporting the metal piece, while the two outermost supports also allow the hose to be lifted.
