New 60-ton hydraulic press for rapid molding: innovation and precision for rapid molding

The technological heart of the machine is a 7,5 kW Rexroth hydraulic power unit equipped with monitored solenoid valves , which allows reaching a feed speed of 120 mm/sec and a working speed of 8 mm/sec. The solid H-frame features a 900mm upright spacing , a wide 800x500mm T-slotted bottom table and a 700x350 mm upper moving table, optimizing setup times for different types of molds.

The press integrates cutting-edge digital solutions for modern industry:

  • Race and Light: Cylinder stroke of 500 mm with maximum clearance between planes of 600 mm.

  • Siemens Interface: MTP 700 Basic touchscreen display for digital programming of up to 100 programs. It allows you to manage ascent and descent altitudes, decompression times and pressure maintenance.

  • Millimetric Precision: Pre-stop system with 0,1 mm accuracy via encoder reading and pressure transducer.

  • Security: Rear mesh safety barriers, two-hand control and CE certification (Annex IV).
